Ticket Details
Conference Meals: A portion of the ticket price ($225) will go to cover meals.
Non-attendee spouses or individual guests can purchase a dinner ticket for $75 for Tuesday and
$75 for Wednesday.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations on or before August 20 will receive a
full refund. No refunds will be offered after August 20. In-person tickets are transferable to
other individuals up until the first day of the conference. All cancellation, refund, transfer,
and name change requests should be sent to icc@inductiveautomation.com.

Can't make it to the conference? No problem! ICC Livestream gives you access to all the live keynotes, breakout sessions, and exhibitor showcases on Days 1, 2, and 3 of the conference. You'll also be able to watch live-stream recordings on demand as soon as they are uploaded after the session.

Livestream Pass Details
Pass Details: The ICC Livestream Pass gives you access to stream and watch recordings of all the keynotes, general sessions, breakout sessions, and exhibitor showcases happening on Day 1, 2, and 3 of the conference. The pass doesn't include networking events, Table Talks, or other meetups. Livestream Passes are non-transferable. You may request cancellation and a refund, and re-register with new virtual attendee information. Cancellation requests should be sent to icc@inductiveautomation.com.
ICC 2024 Golf Scramble Tournament

ICC 2024 Golf Scramble Tournament Details
Ticket includes access to the Apple Mountain Golf Resort (18 holes), a shared cart rental, warm-up golf balls, exclusive swag, and lunch. Tickets do not include golf club rentals. Tickets are non-transferable. Cancellations on or before September 9 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be offered after September 9.

Who should come to ICC?
Professionals from industrial organizations around the world and in numerous industries attend the conference every year. Some of the different types of professionals that attend are: system integrators, controls & electrical engineers, IT managers & specialists, CEOs & executives, plant managers, software developers, and much more.
Will session recordings be available for free?
Session recordings from Day 1, 2, and 3 of the conference will be available for free, without tickets, on the Inductive Automation website in early 2025. To watch sessions before that date, you'll need to purchase a Livestream Pass.
Is there a Code of Conduct for the conference?
Yes, there is a code of conduct that all attendees are expected to follow while at the conference; you can find it here.
Are workshops refundable?
Workshop purchases are non-refundable, but workshop registration can be transferred to another person in an attendee's organization. To transfer your workshop registration, contact us at: sales@inductiveautomation.com.
Will there be accommodations for people with disabilities?
Yes, the Harris Center venue provides accommodations and services to individuals with disabilities, including accessible seating, hearing-aid devices and sign interpreters upon request. To request these or other disability accommodations, please call us at 1-800-266-7798 or contact us here.
If I need to transfer my ticket to someone else, how do I do that?
If you want to transfer your in-person ticket to someone else, please send your request to icc@inductiveautomation.com and include the new recipient’s first name, last name, and email. Livestream Passes are non-transferable. You may request cancellation and refund and re-register with new virtual attendee information.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is the recommended attire for the 2024 Ignition Community Conference.
What meals are provided during the in-person event?
The following meals will be provided at the conference: lunch, dinner, and refreshments on Tuesday, Sept. 17; lunch, dinner, and refreshments on Wednesday, Sept. 18; and lunch and refreshments on Thursday, Sept. 19. A portion of the ticket price ($225) will go to cover meals. For spouses or individual guests who are not attending the conference but would like to join us for dinner, the price per person is $75 for Tuesday and $75 for Wednesday.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?
Cancellations on or before August 20 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be offered after August 20. All cancellation and refund requests should be sent to icc@inductiveautomation.com.
