Workshops are an additional charge and are not included in the in-person conference registration price. Each workshop costs $125 per seat.

Workshop Refund Policy

Workshop purchases are non-refundable, but workshop registration can be transferred to another person in an attendee’s organization. To transfer your workshop registration, contact us at: sales@inductiveautomation.com.

Explore How Digital Twins and Data Models Are Automatically Ingested by Cloud Services with MQTT & Ignition for Digital Transformation

Participants get an overview of the MQTT / Sparkplug components and will use Ignition to install and configure connectivity to a central gateway and cloud. Participants will use Ignition to create UDTs/Data Models and publish with MQTT into a Hub and Spoke decoupled architecture. Participants will learn about IoT Bridge for AWS SiteWise and explore how to configure it to have the same UDTs appear automatically in AWS SiteWise as models and assets for AI and Big Data Applications. Participants will learn about IoT Bridge for Azure and experience how to setup and configure IoT Bridge for Azure to have the same Ignition UDTs appear in Azure ADT (Azure Digital Twins) and ADX (Azure Data Explorer).

By using Electronic Signature, Genealogy and Traceability, Digital Work Instructions, Analysis tools, and automation driven by Ignition, users will learn how to quickly implement MES for their complex workflow. This is a hands-on workshop utilizing starter materials from Sepasoft. Attendees should be very familiar with Ignition, Ignition Designer, and configuring views in Perspective. Outcomes will include familiarity with Batch Procedure for modeling workflows, E-signature features, traceability integration, analysis and report authorship, as well as work instruction integration.
