Ticket Details
Conference Meals: A portion of the ticket price ($500) will go to cover meals. Non-attendee spouses or individual guests can purchase a dinner ticket for $150 for Wednesday.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations on or before August 15 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be offered after August 15. In-person tickets are transferable to other individuals up until the first day of the conference. All cancellation, refund, transfer, and name change requests should be sent to icc@inductiveautomation.com.

Who should come to ICC?
Professionals from industrial organizations around the world and in numerous industries attend this automation conference every year. This includes: control system integrators, OT/IT professionals, automation leaders, controls & electrical engineers, IT managers & specialists, plant managers, CEOs & manufacturing executives, software developers, automation engineers, Digital Transformation leaders, and many more.
Is there a Code of Conduct for this automation conference?
Yes, there is a code of conduct that all attendees are expected to follow while at the conference; you can find it here.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?
Cancellations on or before August 15 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be offered after August 15. All cancellation and refund requests should be sent to icc@inductiveautomation.com.

Will there be a Livestream this year?
No, sessions will not be streamed live at ICC 2026. However, all ICC registrations include access to ICC On-Demand, so you can view recordings of all sessions a couple of weeks after the conference ends. For those not attending ICC, you’ll be able to purchase access to ICC On-Demand. ICC On-Demand videos will be available on October 5, 2026.
If I need to transfer my ticket to someone else, how do I do that?
If you want to transfer your in-person ticket to someone else, please refer to your order confirmation and follow the steps outlined on how to transfer your ticket. If you have further questions, please send them to icc@inductiveautomation.com. ICC On-Demand access is non-transferable. You may request cancellation and refund and re-register with new customer information.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is the recommended attire for the 2026 Ignition Community Conference.
