Who should come to ICC?
Professionals from industrial organizations around the world and in numerous industries attend the conference every year. Some of the different types of professionals that attend are: system integrators, controls & electrical engineers, IT managers & specialists, CEOs & executives, plant managers, software developers, and much more.
Will sessions be recorded during the in-person ICC experience?
Yes, all the live sessions during the in-person ICC experience in Folsom, CA, will be recorded and replayed during the virtual ICC event two weeks later. If you’d like to register for the virtual experience to rewatch any sessions or participate in virtual networking, you can register for free here.
Is there a Code of Conduct for the conference?
Yes, there is a code of conduct that all attendees are expected to follow while at the conference; you can find it here.
What are the COVID-prevention requirements for attending ICC in-person?
Per venue guidelines, all in-person conference attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID test* for each day they enter the Harris Center. The Harris Center is regularly monitoring the situation and reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time without prior notice. *Including CDC-approved home test kits (i.e., Binax Now and iHealth). A photo of the test result or the test itself showing the negative result is sufficient proof. Non-vaccinated attendees must take a new test for each day they come to the Harris Center.
Our conference venue requires all visitors onsite to show proof at the door of being vaccinated against COVID or to show proof of a negative COVID test before entering the venue. Conference attendees who fail to do this will not be permitted to take part in the in-person ICC.
What measures are the conference hosts taking to reduce the risk of spreading COVID?
Per venue guidelines, all in-person conference attendees must show proof of being vaccinated against COVID‑19 or of a negative COVID test to enter the venue. Proper sanitation measures will also be taken during the conference to deter the spread of germs.
Are workshops refundable?
Workshop purchases are non-refundable, but workshop registration can be transferred to another person in an attendee's organization. To transfer your workshop registration, contact us at: sales@inductiveautomation.com.
Will there be accommodations for people with disabilities?
Yes, the Harris Center venue provides accommodations and services to individuals with disabilities, including accessible seating, hearing-aid devices and sign interpreters upon request. To request these or other disability accommodations, please call us at 1-800-266-7798 or contact us here.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is the recommended attire for the in-person portion of the 2022 Ignition Community Conference.
What meals are provided during the in-person event?
The following meals will be provided at the conference: lunch, dinner, and refreshments on Tuesday, Sept. 20; lunch and refreshments Wednesday, Sept. 21. A portion of the ticket price ($100) will go to cover meals. For spouses or individual guests who are not attending the conference but would like to join us for dinner, the price per person is $25 on Tuesday.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?
Ticket purchases for the In-Person ICC can be transferable to other individuals or saved for a future Ignition Community Conference up until one week before the in-person event (September 13, 2022). If a ticket transfer or credit isn't possible, ticket refunds may be granted. If you'd like to request a ticket transfer, credit for next year, or refund, please contact us with your request here. Inductive Automation reserves the right to charge for any credit card processing fees associated with refunds.
