The Open Lab is an opportunity to collaborate with Ignition experts from Inductive Automation's development, training, and support teams in a casual, open environment. Labs are free of charge and open to all, but are limited by the space available. (No computers or instruction will be provided; please come prepared with questions and your own laptop).

Tours of Inductive Automation’s brand new headquarters will be offered during the conference. This will be your perfect opportunity to see where Ignition is made and play a game of ping-pong or pool while you're at it.
ICC takes place at the beautiful Harris Center for the Arts in Folsom, California. Opened in 2011, the theater is a $50 million performing and visual arts center. The Harris Center is located near a lot of great hotels and Inductive Automation’s headquarters.Venue info
ICC isn’t complete without great food and great conversation! Enjoy fun outdoor dining from the best food trucks in Sacramento on Monday and a delicious catered dinner on Tuesday evening.

Who should come to ICC?
Professionals from industrial organizations around the world and in numerous industries attend the conference every year. Some of the different types of professionals that attend are: system integrators, controls & electrical engineers, IT managers & specialists, CEOs & executives, plant managers, software developers, and much more.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, available session recordings will be posted to the ICC website a few weeks after the conference is over. Exclusive access to these recordings is included in your purchase of a conference registration. Details about how to access the recordings will be emailed to you after the conference.

What is the dress code?
Business casual is the recommended attire for the 2018 Ignition Community Conference.
What meals will be provided?
The meals provided at the conference will be: lunch, dinner, and refreshments on Monday, Sept. 17; lunch and dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 18; and lunch on Wednesday, Sept. 19. A portion of the ticket price ($100) will go to cover meals. For spouses or individual guests who are not attending the conference but would like to join us for dinner, the price per person is $30 for Monday and $50 for Tuesday.

Can I attend multiple workshops?
Yes, additional workshops can be purchased for $75 each. For more details, click here.
Can I change my workshop after I have registered?
Yes, click here. You’ll be able to switch your workshop to any currently available workshop in our inventory. You may also purchase additional workshops if available.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations will be accepted through July 31, 2018. After this date, no cancellations will be honored. Tickets are transferable to other individuals up until the first day of the conference. Please notify your Account Executive of the name change in writing so that a new badge can be made. On any cancelled tickets, Inductive Automation will credit the account for the purchase price less a $100 processing fee.
