Who should come to ICC?
Professionals from industrial organizations around the world and in numerous industries attend the conference every year. Some of the different types of professionals that attend are: system integrators, controls & electrical engineers, IT managers & specialists, CEOs & executives, plant managers, software developers, and much more.
Is there a Code of Conduct for the conference?
Yes, there is a code of conduct that all attendees are expected to follow while at the conference; you can find it here.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?
Cancellations on or before August 19 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be offered after August 19. All cancellation and refund requests should be sent to icc@inductiveautomation.com.
I’m interested in speaking at ICC. Who should I contact?

Where do I buy my ICC ticket?
Tickets can be purchased on this site starting sometime in Q2 of this year.
Will session recordings be available for free?
Session recordings from Day 1, 2, and 3 of the conference will be available for free, without tickets, on the Inductive Automation website in early 2026. To watch sessions before that date, you'll need to purchase a Livestream Pass.
If I need to transfer my ticket to someone else, how do I do that?
If you want to transfer your in-person ticket to someone else, please refer to your order confirmation and follow the steps outlined on how to transfer your ticket. If you have further questions, please send them to icc@inductiveautomation.com. Livestream Passes are non-transferable. You may request cancellation and refund and re-register with new virtual attendee information.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is the recommended attire for the 2025 Ignition Community Conference.
